When we think about recycling, many questions arise for which we do not always have immediate answers. To clarify doubts and facilitate everyone's participation, the EGF Group has created the Recycling Line, a free, nationwide public service.

The Recycling Line is available to answer all questions about municipal waste, including:

✅ Requests for information and suggestions
✅ Complaints and compliments
✅ Service requests related to waste collection and treatment

The Recycling Line is open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, and you will find experienced operators on the other end of the line who will help you with any questions or queries you may have regarding the waste and resources we manage every day.

The Recycling Line is not available on national holidays.

Service requests via the Recycling Line are currently available at all concessionaires: Algar, Amarsul, Ersuc, Resiestrela, Resinorte, Resulima, Suldouro, Valnor, Valorlis, Valorminho and Valorsul.

The Recycling Line is an innovative service designed to bring citizens closer to waste management.
